This 8.2Mhz Single Plexiglass Antenna EAS System with Baseplate can detect both Security Tags (up to 5 feet on either side of the antenna with large security tags and 3 feet with smaller security tags or labels.

The antenna requires no synchronization (hard wiring) between systems nor do they require synchronization to the deactivators when required.

The detection of these security systems may vary from location to location as they may be affected by specific characteristics of your store. You can send us pictures of the entrance showing the door, the system and sides of the door and we will give you our recommendations for best configuration and installation.

We recommend you to follow the instructions provided on the installation manual and contact us if you have any questions.

The following factors should be taken in consideration:

* Mount the system to the baseplate and tighten the screws.

* Align the system with the doorframe and keep a minimum distance of 18 inch from the door.

* After you connect the power supply, try to keep the cable flat on the floor avoiding loops on the cable.

* The system may get affected by LED lights, Open Neon Sings or other electronics. It is a good idea to keep these electronics away from the system.

* Remember that the system detects on both sides, we recommend keeping an area of 5 feet around the system with no active security tags.

* Most of the time the systems will work out of the box but in some cases minimum adjustments may be required…we are here to help via phone or video call.

* If the system is false alarming doesn’t mean that it is not working, it means there is something in the environment affecting it and may require minimum adjustments, contact us and we will guide you.

WARRANTY

* Warranty: 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty is voided in the event of external or internal physical damage, improper use of power supply requirements, damage due to power surges, damage because of improper use and not following manufacture recommendations.

* The company is not responsible for any incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of merchandise bought from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise sold.

* All defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or an equivalent substitute model. You must provide a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice indicating date of purchases.

* The products are only replaced if they cannot be repaired. In the event your product is no longer or temporarily unavailable, you will be sent a comparable model. If your product is replaced your warranty will not be extended. No advanced replacements.
