FatCoupons Subscription Refund Policy

At FatCoupons, we believe savings should come with flexibility. If you’re looking to cancel your subscription or request a refund, here’s everything you need to know, clear, no-nonsense, and straight from us to you.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Need to cancel your subscription? We've made the process simple, and you’re in control. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log into your FatCoupons account and head to the Membership tab.
  2. Scroll down on our homepage and tap on Cancel Subscription.
  3. Select “Delete My Account” within your Membership section.
  4. Email us directly at support@fatcoupons.com.
  5. Prefer a quick call? Reach us at (855) 940-2913.

Once an order is canceled, customers will no longer be billed for subsequent charge cycles.

The Refund Process

Any new subscriber under trial who wishes to request a refund may do so within 3 days of their first subscription charge, no questions asked.

On the monthly subscription plan, refunds for renewal charges aren’t automatic but we’re fair. If you reach out within 3 days of the charge, we’ll review your case individually.

Important notes:

  • No refunds for partially used months unless there’s been a billing error.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-4 business days and returned to the original payment method.
  • If the refund fails to go through your source account, we’ll route it to your PayPal account registered with your FatCoupons account - or the one you confirm with us via your registered email or phone.
What Happens After Cancellation

Canceling your FatCoupons subscription ends access to all premium features. Rewards or rebates earned after the cancellation date may no longer be valid if your FatCoupons account isn’t active.

Heads up:

  • Inactive accounts for over a year? Unused rewards or credits will expire.
  • If you want to keep your benefits alive, keep your FatCoupons account active, even without a subscription.
About Third-Party Cancellation Requests

We do not accept cancellation or refund requests made through third-party apps or services. Your account’s security is a priority, so only the account holder can make these requests.

If you’re an authorized agent or hold power of attorney, email us at support@fatcoupons.com with valid proof of authority. For mailed requests, make sure it includes a wet ink signature from the account holder.
