Introduction

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) form a binding contract between you and FatCoupons Technology Ltd (“FatCoupons”). They explain the rules for using the FatCoupons mobile app (“FatCoupons Mobile App”), our browser extension, our website at www.fatcoupons.com, and all other software, tools, and online services offered by FatCoupons (together called the “Service”).

FatCoupons Welcome Boost Bonus Terms

We may change or end this offer at any time. It is only available to new members and cannot be combined with other promotions, including the Referral Sign-Up Bonus.

To qualify, you must join as a new FatCoupons Rewards member and make at least one Qualifying Purchase within seven (7) days of signing up (“Boost Bonus Period”). A Qualifying Purchase is any purchase that earns cashback when made through FatCoupons.com, the FatCoupons Mobile App, or our browser extension.

New users will get an extra 10% bonus on their first purchase from selected merchants within their first 7 days. Each order’s bonus is capped at $10.00, and the total extra rewards during the Boost Bonus Period cannot exceed $50.00.

The normal cashback rate is not affected by the bonus limit, though merchant-specific rules and exclusions may apply. The Boost Bonus will be added to your next cashback payment.

These Welcome Boost Bonus terms work alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

FatCoupons Sign-Up Bonus

When you create a FatCoupons account, you’ll earn a $5 sign-up bonus. This amount will remain pending until you make two valid purchases through our platform (excluding CPC-based orders). Each purchase must have an order total greater than $0 to count.

FatCoupons Extension Bonus

If you install the FatCoupons browser extension, you’ll receive a $5 bonus. This bonus will also remain pending until you make two valid purchases through our platform (excluding CPC-based orders). Again, each order must be more than $0 to qualify.

Accepting the Terms

By using any part of the Service, you agree to follow this Agreement. It applies to you whether you’re a Member (someone with a FatCoupons account) or a Visitor (someone who uses the Service without an account). The words “you” or “User” mean either a Member or a Visitor. The words “we,” “our,” or “us” mean FatCoupons.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you are legally allowed to make binding agreements. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You cannot use it on behalf of another person, company, or for any commercial purpose.

This Agreement includes:

  • An arbitration clause;
  • A waiver of your right to file a class-action lawsuit against us;
  • A release of any claims for damages connected to your use of the Service, as much as allowed by law.

Using the Service means you agree to these terms.

Amendments to this Agreement

We may update these Terms or related policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted at https://www.fatcoupons.com/terms, with the last updated date shown.

If you disagree with the updates, uninstall any FatCoupons software you’ve downloaded and stop using the Service. By continuing to use it after changes are posted, you accept the new terms.

Privacy and Your Personal Information

Your use of the Service is covered by our Privacy Policy, found at https://www.fatcoupons.com/privacy. This explains how we collect, use, and share your data when you visit our site, use the FatCoupons Mobile App, or otherwise interact with the Service.

By using FatCoupons, you agree to our handling of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Description of the Service

Our Service helps you find deals, coupons, discount codes, and exclusive promotions, compare prices, and spot savings while shopping online. Members can also earn FatCoupons Coins (our loyalty rewards).

You can access the Service through our website, browser extension, and, in some countries, the mobile app. Not all features are available in every country or through every platform. Some tools may only work via the browser extension or for users in certain locations.

To earn and redeem FatCoupons Coins, you must create an account.

We do not charge you to use our Service. We search for publicly available deals, track product prices, and negotiate special offers, sometimes better than what’s available elsewhere. We earn money when you purchase or engage with these offers. While we work hard to find the best deals, we cannot guarantee that our prices are always the lowest or that you won’t miss a savings opportunity.

We rely on third-party data for many product descriptions, coupons, and offers, so we cannot promise they’re always accurate, complete, or error-free. The inclusion of any product in our app or site does not mean it will always be available.

Offers, coupons, and codes may have restrictions, exclusions, or time limits. Deals change often, and discounts may not always apply successfully at checkout.

Merchant Websites and Purchases

Through FatCoupons, you can view deals from third-party merchants, check product prices, and find savings opportunities.

Sometimes, our browser extension will show you offers while you browse a merchant’s website. You might also reach a merchant’s site through links from our website, app, or email offers.

However, all purchases are made directly from the merchant, not from FatCoupons. We are not a reseller or distributor of any merchant’s products.

Merchant Returns

If you have a problem with a purchase, for example, a missing order, a return request, or a defective product, you must contact the merchant you bought it from. FatCoupons does not handle merchant product returns or customer service issues.

In some cases, we may include a merchant’s contact details in the FatCoupons Mobile App to help you get in touch with them directly.

FatCoupons Offers and Third-Party Links

FatCoupons may show you both personalized and general product and pricing information for goods and services from third-party merchants. These may appear as direct links to merchant websites, or as coupon codes and discounts you can use when buying from those merchants.

To make our service better, FatCoupons may track your interactions, for example, when you click on a FatCoupons link to visit a merchant’s website, what actions you take there, and whether you use any discount or coupon codes provided by us.

FatCoupons Is Not Responsible for Third-Parties

All products you purchase from a third-party merchant, whether linked through our website, emails, mobile app, or browser extension, are:

(a) Priced and taxed by that merchant (including any extra charges like shipping or handling fees); and

(b) Handled entirely by the merchant, including order fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations.

FatCoupons does not control, manage, or take responsibility for any product sold by third-party merchants, or for the accuracy of information on their websites (even if those sites appear within the FatCoupons Mobile App).

When you buy from a third-party merchant, your purchase is bound by that merchant’s own terms and policies. FatCoupons is not responsible for any product issues, incorrect charges, shipping problems, pricing errors, or misleading product descriptions. We are also not liable for any breaches of payment card security or privacy by third-party merchants.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or act as an agent for any product or service shown through our platform, including FatCoupons Offers or any linked websites. FatCoupons is not a reseller, broker, or distributor for any merchant, and we do not promise that the deals, coupons, prices, or reward terms shown are the best available in the market.

When you visit a merchant site via our platform, you accept that there are risks involved, and FatCoupons is not responsible for those risks. We recommend that you read the merchant’s terms and privacy policy carefully before completing any purchase.

Third-Party Content and Control

By using FatCoupons, you release us from any liability connected to your use of third-party websites or services. If you have a dispute with a merchant or other third-party, FatCoupons is under no obligation to step in or resolve it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release FatCoupons, its affiliates, and all related officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, demands, or damages, known or unknown, connected in any way to your dealings with a third-party through our Service.

If you live in California, you also waive your rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

FatCoupons Mobile App

The FatCoupons Mobile App is available only in selected countries and may not be offered in your location at this time.

The app is built to work with specific devices and operating systems, such as Apple’s iOS. Your use of the app may also be subject to separate agreements with other providers connected to your device, such as:

  • Operating system providers (Apple®, Google®, Microsoft®).
  • Device manufacturers (Apple®, Samsung®).
  • Mobile carriers (AT&T®, Verizon®).

We call each of these a “Covered Third Party” and together, “Covered Third Parties.”

When using the FatCoupons Mobile App, you must follow the terms of service of any Covered Third Party involved in providing your device or mobile service. FatCoupons is not a party to these agreements and has no responsibility for the products or services provided by these third parties. This Agreement is strictly between you and FatCoupons, not between you and any Covered Third Party. FatCoupons, not a Covered Third Party, is responsible for the app’s performance, updates, and any customer support.

Covered Third Parties have no warranty obligations for the FatCoupons Mobile App. If the app fails to meet any warranty we provide (if applicable), FatCoupons alone is responsible for handling the issue.

Only FatCoupons, not any Covered Third Party, is responsible for any claims relating to the app, including:

  1. Product liability claims.
  2. Claims that the app violates any legal or regulatory requirements.
  3. Consumer protection, privacy, or similar claims.
  4. Intellectual property claims.

If you use the app on an Apple® or Google® device, you acknowledge that Apple® or Google® (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. These rights may also apply to other device manufacturers and operating system providers that support the FatCoupons Mobile App.

If there is a conflict between this section and any other part of this Agreement, the terms here apply only to your use of the FatCoupons Mobile App downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Account Information from Third-Party Sites

When you create a FatCoupons account, you may be able to link it to an account you already have with a third-party service, such as Facebook® or Google® (a “Linked Account”). You confirm that any Linked Account belongs to you and that you have permission to connect it to FatCoupons.

FatCoupons does not control the policies or operations of any Linked Account provider and is not responsible for their actions, including issues of accuracy, legality, or rights infringement. FatCoupons is also not responsible for products or services offered by or through your Linked Account. If your Linked Account allows it, FatCoupons may import some of your account information to improve the service we provide.

FatCoupons Sign-Up Bonus

To earn a Sign-Up Bonus, you must:

  • Be a new member of FatCoupons.
  • Earn cashback totaling over $50 within 365 days of joining.

If you fail to reach this cashback amount within one year, your Sign-Up Bonus will be canceled.

You must also have at least $50 in your account balance (including your Sign-Up Bonus) before you can cash out.

Refer-a-Friend Program

Under our Referral Program Terms, FatCoupons will credit you with a $10 Referral Bonus for every Qualified Referral you make.

A Qualified Referral must:

  1. Be a new member of FatCoupons.
  2. Be a real person, not a business, group, or automated account.
  3. Join FatCoupons through your unique referral link or other official referral methods provided by FatCoupons.
  4. Earn and redeem 50,000 FC Coins ($50 cashback) within one year of signing up.

The Refer-a-Friend Program is not available for:

  • People referred from cashback monitoring sites like cashbackmonitor.com, cashbackholic.com, or similar services.
  • Bloggers, influencers, or individuals who have worked with FatCoupons in marketing.
  • activities, including affiliate promotions, social media campaigns, or other referral programs.
  • Members referred through another FatCoupons or partner referral program.

Activities That Disqualify Referrals

You cannot earn a Referral Bonus if you:

  • Create multiple accounts for yourself or family members (self-referrals).
  • Refer people from your own household.
  • Engage in suspected fraud.
  • Use paid advertising, such as search engine ads.
  • Post referral links on merchant websites, merchant social media pages, or similar channels.
  • Pretend to represent FatCoupons or make false claims about the service.
  • Send spam emails, spam forums, or other online spaces with your referral link.

FatCoupons reserves the right to review all referrals and to deny, withhold, or cancel any bonus if we believe the activity is fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or suspicious. Our decision is final.

We may pause, change, or end the Referral Program, or update these Referral Program Terms, at any time, for any reason, and at our sole discretion.

FatCoupons Coins Rewards Program

From time to time, FatCoupons may offer loyalty rewards called FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards. You can earn these by completing specific activities within our Service, as part of the FatCoupons Rewards Program. When rewards are available for purchases from a particular merchant or for other qualifying actions, we’ll clearly show this within the Service.

To participate and enjoy the benefits of the program, you must have an Active Account (explained below) in good standing. Certain redemption options may also require you to have a valid payment method linked to your account before you can select or complete a redemption.

The program isn’t available everywhere. If you live in a location where any part of the program could break local laws or cause FatCoupons to break them, you aren’t allowed to take part. It’s designed strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use it for any company, association, group, or third party. You also agree not to create multiple FatCoupons accounts just to bypass limits or collect more rewards than allowed under this Agreement.

All decisions by FatCoupons about the program and your participation are final. FatCoupons alone decides how to handle suspected fraud, abuse, or rule violations. This includes suspending, disabling, or ending your participation and/or expiring your rewards if necessary.

How to Earn FatCoupons Coins

The main way to earn FatCoupons Coins is by making an eligible purchase from a participating third-party merchant while using our Service. Not every merchant or product qualifies. If a merchant participates, you can earn rewards based on eligible items you buy. To qualify, you must follow the instructions provided, for example, clicking “Activate Rewards” from the FatCoupons browser extension before checkout.

We may show your potential rewards in different formats:

  1. A fixed percentage rate for eligible purchases.
  2. A range of percentage rates.
  3. A set number of coins for a purchase (e.g., 500 FatCoupons Coins).

If a percentage is displayed, it’s applied to the subtotal of eligible items, excluding tax, shipping, or other fees. Many items and categories are excluded, and these vary by merchant. In most cases, we can only confirm whether your items qualify after your purchase.

The exact number of coins you earn will be set by FatCoupons after purchase and will fall within the displayed range or up to the maximum shown, depending on your eligible items. We may also base this on various factors, which could include random allocation.

You may also earn coins through other activities such as completing daily tasks. These opportunities may have additional rules stated at the time of the offer. Rewards generally appear as approved in your account within 1-7 days after your purchase, though timing may vary by merchant. Approval happens before we confirm that all items are eligible.

Approved rewards usually remain in that status for about 90 days before becoming available for redemption, though this can be longer or shorter depending on the merchant. If any part of your purchase is ineligible, returned, refunded, or reversed (including through chargebacks), your reward amount will be reduced or removed based on the new subtotal of eligible items. If none of your items qualify, you won’t earn coins for that transaction.

When Rewards Become Redeemable

FatCoupons Coins shown as approved are not yet redeemable. You’ll be able to see in your account when they are no longer approved and available to redeem.

We can only provide rewards when we successfully track your purchase and when the merchant or affiliate network fulfills its obligations to FatCoupons . If they fail to do so, we may choose not to issue rewards for that transaction. This can happen if tracking fails, for example, if you’re using an ad blocker, another cashback extension, or if you reached the merchant’s site through another rewards or coupon platform.

If you have missing rewards, contact us at customerservice@fatcoupons.com. We may request proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or order number. Based on the information provided, we may decide, at our discretion, to issue the coins.

Redeeming FatCoupons Coins

If your account is active and in good standing, you can redeem rewards once you’ve collected at least 50,000 FatCoupons Coins. Redemption options may include:

  • Cash
  • Gift cards from third-party merchants
  • Other available options shown within the Service

Some redemption types require you to meet the 50,000-coin threshold. Once you redeem, the action is final, it can’t be canceled or reversed. We may change redemption rates, available rewards, or pricing without notice. We may also introduce new redemption options from time to time.

Not all rewards are available everywhere, and some may have additional terms. The available options for you will be displayed in the Service. After you redeem, it may take time for the reward to arrive.

Important: FatCoupons Coins can’t be purchased, aren’t cash, and have no value until redeemed. They may expire as described below. They can’t be sold, traded, transferred, inherited, or claimed in bankruptcy or divorce (unless FatCoupons provides a transfer option and you follow any stated rules). Rewards may count as taxable income, and you are responsible for any taxes owed.

Program Changes and Limitations

We may update, limit, or end the FatCoupons Rewards Program at any time, for all users or just certain accounts. This includes changes to redemption rates, offers, or expiration policies. Changes may also apply retroactively to rewards you’ve already earned.

We may limit how many coins you can earn, refuse rewards, or restrict redemption if we reasonably believe you have:

  • Used fraudulent or automated methods to earn rewards
  • Broken program rules
  • Tried to sell, buy, or transfer coins
  • Given false information to FatCoupons

If you’re removed from the program, all your coins will immediately expire.

Maintaining an Active Account

To keep your coins, you must have an Active Account, meaning:

  • You have logged in or made a purchase within the past 365 days
  • You’ve earned at least 100 new FatCoupons Coins during that period

If your account is inactive for 12 months, we may deduct 2,000 coins ($2) per month as a maintenance fee until you reactivate or your balance reaches zero. If your account remains inactive and your balance hits zero, we may permanently close it. These deductions won’t cause a negative balance.

If your account is closed for any reason, you’ll lose all unredeemed coins.

Maintenance of FatCoupons Coins Loyalty Rewards

To keep your FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards active, you must have an Active Account (as explained below) and earn at least 100 FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards points in every consecutive 365-day period (for example, from April 10 this year to April 10 next year) (each referred to as a “365-Day Period”).

An Active Account means a FatCoupons account where you have either logged in or made a purchase during the previous 365-day period and earned at least 100 new FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards during that same time frame.

If you do not log in or make a purchase and earn at least 100 new coins within that period, FatCoupons may deduct 2,000 FatCoupons Coins ($2.00) per month as a Maintenance Fee to cover account upkeep costs. These deductions will continue until you earn more rewards or your balance reaches zero.

If your account stays inactive for 12 consecutive months and your balance becomes zero, FatCoupons can permanently close your account and remove your account history and program access.

Maintenance Fees are non-refundable, will never make your balance negative, and will never require you to pay FatCoupons money. Any disputes about these deductions will be decided by FatCoupons in its sole discretion, and you agree to accept FatCoupons ’s decision as final.

If your FatCoupons account is closed for any reason, you will immediately lose the ability to redeem any FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards.

Your Log-In and Account Information

You are fully responsible for keeping your Log-In ID, email address, password, and any other personal identification or codes you use to access your FatCoupons account or the Service (“Log-In Information”) secure and private. If you discover any unauthorized use of your login details, you must notify FatCoupons immediately.

To ensure smooth service, you must keep your email address, other contact details, and any payment information in your account profile accurate and up to date. If you fail to do so, the quality of the service may be affected, and you may miss important account notices. Even if your contact details are outdated, you will be considered to have received any notices sent to your last provided email address.

Electronic Notices

By giving us your email address, you agree to receive all account-related notices electronically at that address. You are responsible for updating or changing your email address as needed. Notices will be sent in HTML format (or plain text if your system does not support HTML) or through a link to the relevant page on our website, accessible via any modern internet browser.

We may also use your email address to inform you about our own or third-party products and services that might interest you. If you do not wish to receive such promotional emails, you can change your user preferences in your account profile or click “Unsubscribe” in any promotional email we send.

Electronic Notifications

FatCoupons may send you notifications by email, push notification, or other electronic means. Some notifications, such as security alerts (e.g., when you change your login details or password), are mandatory and cannot be turned off.

Other notifications are optional and can be customized, turned off, or turned back on at your choice. These allow you to set alerts for specific account activities. FatCoupons may add new types of notifications or remove certain ones at its discretion.

When activating a notification service, you may be asked to choose from different delivery options. You can also control how you receive push notifications in the FatCoupons Mobile App through your device settings.

Notifications will be sent to the primary email address you provide for the Service.

Because these notifications are not encrypted, we will never include your password in them. However, they may contain your FatCoupons login information and some account details. Anyone with access to your email could read these notifications. While you can disable certain optional alerts, service-related notices will always be sent as needed for us to provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Representations and Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, all content, services, and products related to or provided through the Service (whether sponsored or not) are offered “as-is” and “as available”. FatCoupons makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service or its content. You agree that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

FatCoupons does not promise that the content or Service will always be accurate, reliable, or complete. We expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions related to non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the content accessible through the Service is free from viruses, harmful code, or other destructive programs intended to damage, intercept, or steal systems, data, or personal details. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any content you submit, and we disclaim all responsibility for verifying such content.

Limitations on FatCoupons ’s Liability

Under no circumstances will FatCoupons be liable to you or any third party, whether under contract, warranty, negligence, or any other legal theory, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, liquidated, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or damages arising from your access to or use of the Service, your reliance on any information obtained through the Service, or this Agreement, even if FatCoupons has been advised that such damages might occur.

Regardless of the cause, FatCoupons ’s total liability to you will never exceed $500.00 (Five Hundred U.S. Dollars).

Because some states or regions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, these limitations will apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in this Agreement limits any legal rights you may have that cannot be waived or restricted by contract.

Your Indemnification of FatCoupons

You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold FatCoupons, including its officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, harmless from any claims, costs, or damages, including attorney’s fees and related legal expenses. This applies to any issues that arise, fully or partly, from:

  • Your use of the Service (including purchases made through the FatCoupons Mobile App),
  • Any breach of this Agreement by you, or
  • Any violation of law or infringement of third-party rights during your use of the Service.

Ending Your Relationship with FatCoupons (and Vice Versa)

This Agreement remains in effect until either you or FatCoupons ends it, as outlined below.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you can do so at any time by closing your account. Please follow the steps below only if you have created a Membership. If not, simply uninstall FatCoupons and stop visiting our website or using the Service.

To cancel your account, email customerservice@fatcoupons.com. Once processed:

  • Your account will be permanently closed.
  • Your FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards balance will be reduced to zero and will no longer be eligible for redemption.
  • Your login access will be disabled.
  • Any remaining data will be kept according to our Privacy Policy.

FatCoupons also reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement (and your access to the Service) at any time by sending a notice to the email address you provided during registration.

Arbitration Clause & Class Action Waiver: Important

Arbitration

You agree that any disputes between you and FatCoupons, including those involving third parties, related to:

  • This Agreement,
  • Your use of the Service, or
  • Your privacy or publicity rights,

will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules for consumer-related disputes. Both you and FatCoupons waive the right to a jury trial.

However, if you violate or threaten to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek an injunction or other legal relief in any state or federal court located in California.

Keep in mind that arbitration typically offers more limited discovery and appeal rights compared to a court trial.

Class Action Waiver

By accepting this Arbitration Clause and Class Action Waiver, you give up the right to act as a class representative or class member in any claim against FatCoupons. This includes:

  • Class arbitrations, and
  • Consolidating individual arbitration cases into one.

Governing Law and Forum for Disputes

This Agreement, and your relationship with FatCoupons, will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without considering any conflict-of-law rules.

Assignment

FatCoupons can transfer (assign) any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement, including those related to FatCoupons Coins loyalty rewards, to another party. If liabilities related to rewards are transferred, the new party will be solely responsible for them, and FatCoupons will have no further obligations regarding those rewards.

Miscellaneous

  • If any part of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the rest of the Agreement will still apply. Only the invalid portion will be removed.
  • All commitments, promises, representations, and warranties you accept under this Agreement will remain valid even after you stop using the Service or terminate your account.
  • The word “including” in this Agreement always means “including but not limited to.”
